Affordable slice of Heavenis perfect for a small family vacation

This 700 sq ft one bedroom condo has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, and Packery Channel from the front and the laguna Madre from the back balcony. You also have a on site pool that never closes. This unit is newly remodeled with a great kitchen, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Nice wood flooring through out. A nice swimming pool right out the back door with BBQ station connected. Unit is located on the 3rd floor.

Our stay was 2 months long, so we had both positive and negative experiences. We loved many things about the condo. The location was wonderful. It is a few minutes drive to Whitecap Beach. There were great places to eat as well. We enjoyed the kitchen which was very up to date. The condo was roomy and clean. The neighbors on both sides were very friendly. There were a few things that we did not like such as the front door keypad did not always work. Many times we had to put the code in multiple times before it worked. The host was not helpful and blamed us. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable, basically you rolled to the middle. The air conditioner had to be set above 74 ( there was a note above it telling you not to set it below 74 or it would freeze up and you would be responsible for the repair).and the condensation from it dripped into the sink from a pipe above the bathroom sink.
