The condo was in a great location! Has good amenities, pool with slide and pickle ball court were fun for the kids! They loved the foosball table also. Condo itself was quaint and everything you need for your stay. They did provide 2 dishwasher pods and 1 laundry packet. If you plan to stay more than 2 or 3 days, and do laundry, then I would recommend purchasing a small stash. Also, we didn’t have many bath towels, 1 towel per person for our 4 night stay. Overall, the place was clean, nice, close proximity to the beach and had great amenities in the facility. We come stay again!

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay. Townhome was beautiful. Facilities were great. Property management was on site and easily available to answer any questions. Next time I will book directly with the property company to avoid the ridiculous VRBO charges that are tacked on. I would definitely stay there again if I ever decide to visit Corpus Christi again.

The townhome was amazing had everything we needed. The resort was very nice. The kids had fun going down the waterside and played in the gameroom. The deck had a great view to watch the sunset and fireworks.

Great place

We loved this place...great location close to the beach but on the lake water so you can watch boats, paddleboarding, the sunset, etc. This particular unit is a close walk to the pool and very close to the docks/bbq pits. The pools were great, although I do wish the main one was a little bigger. The game room and sunset decks were great for the kids. They had several family events while we were there - snowcones, smores, and karaoke night. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids and all beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the kitchen was lacking basic stuff like coffee filters and salt/pepper...I feel like most rentals have that in a stocked kitchen so we didn't pack it. We left what we bought behind for the next renters though. Great place and we'd love to return!

Wonderful place!

Wow this place is brand new! Loved the decor, layout, and amenities. Loved having a washer/dryer and small backyard. AC worked well and we had no issues with anything. We even had a hose outside to rinse off sand. The beach is a 2 minute drive and is close to grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. Port Aransas was 25 minutes away. The pools were amazing and the fishing at the dock was a plus. We would to come back!

Great getaway

Amazing stay!

Came across this property when searching for accommodations for our get-away and I am so glad I took a chance and booked our stay here. Property was amazing, very clean pictures don't lie. Location is walking distance to Whitecap Beach. The resort staff was very friendly and welcoming. Staff always had a smile & were eager to please. (Thanks Alex!) Great Beach Townhome

We enjoyed our stay in Water’s Edge. We found the townhome to be very clean and well stocked. The pool and dock are quite nice. The neighborhood area is quiet, which is a huge plus. All in all, it was a great stay! We definitely recommend the property.
