Newly remodeled, 1020 Sq Ft Condo - only 2 blocks from the beach and a 7-minute walk to the beach. All on one level with a great porch to enjoy Port A sunsets. This coastal cutie has a large living room with 2 couches, (one folds out into a sleeper), TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances granite countertops and 2 barstools. The adjoining dining area has seating for 6. The washer/dryer is tucked neatly away in a hall closet. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-size bed, TV, closet, chest, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen and Full-size bed, TV, closet, and chest. It has use of the hall bathroom which has a stand-alone shower. Enjoy relaxing outside on the porch or swimming in the complex pool after a day at the beach.
