Beach trip

The property was a pleasant surprise. The location, cleanliness, and comfort were more than i could've expected. There was a nice clean pool just outside the front door. It has convenient access to the local beaches and the causeway to Port Aransas. Overall, i was super pleased.

Relaxing getaway on the Island

The Palms #408 was a spacious two bedroom two bath that suited our needs perfectly in a quiet collection of units. It was ideal for grandparents, grown children, and their infant to lounge in the living room, yet retreat to the bedrooms for quiet time. The pool was just right for families with a 1-foot deep kiddie area adjoining the deeper section. It was a nice feature because the surf on the Island was choppy and murky this year. --Although we never encountered management, we did get to speak briefly with the strolling security guard, a nice guy who made his rounds all night, making us feel better about leaving some of our gear in the back of the truck. The Palms will be our choice for next year's vacation stay.

We stay on North Padre multiple times a year and I think this has been the best all around condo that we've stayed in. My only complaint was that there were no extra blankets and very few towels for a 4 day stay.

Great condo near white cap beach

Great experience at this condo. Perfect for our family. Ice maker not working, pool on property was pretty dirty over the three days and interior locks on pool are super annoying unless more keys are available for families. Condo had great amenities and was very clean. Will return!!

Great location, quiet neighbors, relaxing pool.

The property was wonderful! Right next to the pool but it was so quiet! The location wasn't but a 5 minute drive to the beach with plenty of guest parking. The house was super clean!

We were very pleased with our vacation stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the community pool was wonderful. The beach is just down the road. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it worked.

Living the life

We really enjoyed the condo and the property amenities. The pool was perfect for the whole family. From 5 to 46 years of age and we all enjoyed this place. The water pressure in showers were not the greatest but they worked. We thought the beds were really hard and uncomfortable but the reviews before showed this so we brought a mattress topper.. we would go back if in that area
