It was ok

The location was as described. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The floor downstairs didnt look as if it had been cleaned at all, nor the dining room table. Also, one of the cabinets had some old food left in it (old bag of donuts) which a bit off putting. Outside of that, everything else was fine. If we are paying as much as we are in cleaning fees, i expect it to be throroughly cleaned, just like im sure the next person who comes in behind us would want the same.

We really enjoyed our stayed at the Nemo Cay House. It was very nice and clean. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private patio and pool. Patio was very clean as well. It met all of our expectancies. expec.

Beautiful condo and a great size for the family. Found a few dead roaches but that’s not a deal breakers as they were dead and didn’t see any others the entire stay. I would rent again!

Awesome place for kids!

We stayed poolside, and with 5 kids (ranging 7-16yrs) it was great to be able to let them go to the pool and easily supervise. The place was clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. We had a great time.

Clean, well equipped & great location

Our stay here was awesome! Although we weren't right on the beach, the drive is only several minutes away. The pool was amazing! I was able to enjoy myself because my child (7 y/o) was busy in the shallow kiddie pool. I was able to swim laps without having to hover over him the whole time. Very relaxing stay will book again for sure!

Great Location and Clean Place

Overall the property was great. Big beds, clean house and pool location was nice. Only issue I had with the property is the washer that we used on the last day. Water barely drips out when unit is on and was pretty dirty but other than that everything else in the unit worked fine and was clean. 2 min from whitecap so quick and easy access to the beach. Will stay again!

Great place to stay, nice furniture, great king beds, close access to pool, we cooked on charcoal pits, there are two of them. There are no ice machines, but stores are close. Free boat ramps are close, with live shrimp. There are guest parking spots for your truck and trailer, well at least one, or you can park on road with boat and trailer attached. Awesome place and location!!

Very pleased with this rental! Clean and comfortable. Close to beaches, fishing and food. Perfect for family getaways. The pool area was great... Never crowded. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Stocked with your basic needs, only missing a dust pan, but we made managed. A few issues with wifi, but we figured it out. Overall I would highly recommend this rental. Already planning on returning next year.
