Bordering the community park, dog walking is simple and Gulf views are always available. This stunning beach home designed in serene shades of turquoise and blue is a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury, all just minutes away from delightful dining and shopping options.

Step into an open airy floor plan designed for entertaining, allowing lots of natural light and the Owner's unique and fun art collection. Located on the second level, relax in the spacious living room complete with a large, comfy sectional sofa and TV which are perfect for cozy nights in or entertaining friends and family. The dining area comfortably seats eight, while the kitchen island provides additional seating for four, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. A convenient bar/coffee area is complete with a wine and beverage fridge, elevating your hosting experience. Great views of the water are also seen from here.

The fully equipped kitchen, a Chef's delight, boasts Café appliances, including a six-burner gas range, and offers ample counter space for meal preparation, ensuring that cooking is as enjoyable as dining. Step outside onto the large deck, where you can relax and watch the beach waves or other views all while enjoying the salty sea breeze.

This thoughtfully designed home features two spacious bedrooms and two full baths on the second level, providing privacy and comfort for guests. On the first level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, along with a cozy living area featuring four built-in twin bunks and bath for kids or extra guests.
