Place was pretty good. Spent 40min on the phone with VRBO trying to get my check in instructions before getting to the place only to find out you check in at a front desk. Had a very rude encounter with one of the employees that changed my feel on if I would go back to this property. Beach was nice and town was good overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice relaxing place. Awesome to be right on the beach to get away and refresh our spirits. Always a peaceful place to visit again and again. Everyone that works there are so helpful, going above and beyond. Thanks for everything. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was good and the bed was bad. A week of nightly pain sleeping on a couch that was worn out years ago. Gulfstream has a low standard when it come to guest comfort.
