Horrible HORRIBLE STAY!!!

The air conditioning unit was leaking water. It was making a very high pitch noise and it seemed as if the fan never stopped. Extremely noisy. The shower head leaked water too. The worse thing of all was that the toilet was very small. It’s definitely for toddlers.

They called us stating they had over booked and since we used Expedia there was nothing they could not do besides provide us with a smaller room than the one we paid for. Since we booked with expedia they could not do anything besides give us free parking. The room AC was not cooling properly, the room carpet was not properly clean, the bathroom had stains in the bathtub and toilet, and the carpet was wet near the balcony. It’s convenient located near restaurants, walkable. Every time I went to the front desk there was someone complaining about their room or a similar situation that we faced. Overall average experience. We will not be using Expedia nor this location again.

Have stayed there several times over years past when it was the Omni hotel. Hotel is very dated and definitely needs some renovating. Was very disappointed to find out that the sliding door to our balcony was no longer operable and had been secured shut preventing us from utilizing our balcony to get a really good view of the gulf. Only ate at the restaurant one time and that was for breakfast the first morning we were there. No one there at the host station to see you. You just kind of walk in and do your own thing. Didn’t seem to be anymore menu service as all we were offered was the buffet. The coffee we got with our breakfast seem to be instant coffee and not freshly brewed, which was disappointing. I’ve seen better days at that hotel but apparently those are long passed and we will probably never stay there again.

Awesome stay!

Thanks for keeping rooms clean and comfortable. Herc, at check-in desk, was particularly helpful with information given about the Corpus Christi area. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning. Only thing is your daily parking fees could be more reasonable.

I don't even have the energy to write a long post. Let's just say PLEASE check your bedding. Mines was full of yellow and red stains. Then when I requested new bedding they where out of blankets, as I saw her removing the bedding I noticed stains on the bed pad as well. Absolutely disgusting. I will never EVER be back. I went to the Omni at this point.

The woman behind the bar is terrible

The quality of service at the front desk was great! At check-in, they handled a very crowded lobby with efficiency. The bar service, on the other hand, was horrible. Whoever the woman was behind the bar was extremely rude. Anyone who is that miserable at work needs to find something else to do. She was unprepared and was outwardly irritated when a customer needed anything. The hotel was great and all other staff were amazing, but whoever the woman behind the bar was really needs to be looked in to. Her attitude and demeanor really was an ugly spot on our otherwise great stay.
