I called from desk for towels and toilet paper due they did not clean bed that day the room and a lady answered me that I need to go and picked myself due they were short on staff. Disappoint answer to give a customer.

Great Stay

The view and the location were the best part. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The shower could have used some nonslip strips for safety reasons. My biggest complaint is having to pay for parking and the process to go through for paying. It was horrible! I also don't think you should pay $4 for a cup of coffee, ridiculous!

Line to check in was long only one checkin terminal was working,there were 3 employees behind the counter but only one could check in Had to pay parking which wasn’t even secure as we left there was a police officer taking a theft report If you are going to make me wait 20 min to check In at least waive the parking fee Also charged almost 12 dollars to change my cc that I paid for the room to a different one for incidentals Not good

Entire hotel is dated and needs a makeover, rooms, pool, elevators, all dirty and in disrepair. Pet friendly means neighbouring rooms lock dogs in room to bark and cry for hours whilst the owners are out. Staff are friendly and responsive but biggest positive is beach front location.

What we liked. AC worked great,bed comfortable, had a view of the ocean( #416). Beachfront, pool,hottub,bar,pet area. What we didn't like. You have to pay for parking.$10 a day You also pay for breakfast. $14.99 pet fee higher than normal $39.99 a day.. Elevator to small and stayed dirty. On 4th floor. Carpet in hallway. Extremely dirty. Windows could use a good cleaning.. Told dog can not be left unattended. Yet on website it has. Can leave pet in room in crate. Lady that checked us in was not very professional. One one lady at front desk was very friendly.Will not be staying here in the future.There is no restaurant yet website has that on list. Only has bar food.

Keep searching, all they offer is beach front.

We stayed from Saturday through Friday. The overall condition of the hotel is what you would expect of a sub $90/night hotel. There were a lot of things that were "mostly fixed" "landlord special" style. The plumbing was backwards in our room so cold is to the left hot is to the right. The pool area was dirty about half the chairs were broken. The pool was absolutely full of beach sand it is beach adjacent so I get there will be some but it looked like little to no effort was made to control it. The walls are paper thin you can clearly hear word for word your neighbors' conversations, or if they open the bathroom doors, watch a show, etc. The staff was ok. They were not overly helpful when I asked for new towels gave me 2 for a request of 4. So not exactly helpful. House keeping was basically non existant we got new towels once the other times we had to go to the front desk. Luckily they left the supply closet open and I was able to tactically aquire TP and tissues with out going back down stairs. They said they would bring new towels and linens every couple days our beds were never once made let alone fresh linnens. We went to the local HEB to sweep our floors. Parking is not included so figure in $10/day when comparingto other hotels. There was a significant amount of people who were not staying at the hotel who passed through the parking lot /lobby so thats something to be aware of. Really I'd say the only redeeming quality is it is directly beach adjacent.

Check in was a disaster. Girl was very rude. I was told to return around 5 PM even though check-in time is 4 PM. The lady behind me in line was given a room. I am a Wyndham member with a Wyndham Visa card. We had booked a three night stay, room was never cleaned. After two nights it was not cleaned even though we were assured it would be. We left the property at 7:00 AM on Thursday morning. As we boarded the elevator for the final time, only to find a puddle of urine on the floor. I reported the issue to the front desk and left the property.
