Located in beautiful Port Aransas along the Texas Gulf Coast.

This newly remodeled condo provides the ultimate beach experience!
The walls are decorated with colorful beach murals reminding you that you are on island time. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a ensuite master bathroom. Your guests will sleep comfortably in a their queen size bed and enjoy the privacy of a ensuite guest bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit to use at your convenience.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious private patio!

What you can expect in the condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

Very clean. Close to the beach. New developement next door blocked our view of the beach but still beautiful

Well, the listing was a bit misleading photograph wise, of course it looks larger in photos, but the bathroom shower in the master had a pipe in the shower above the shower head that dripped cold water onto your head while showering…. pretty sure it’s condensation from the AC leaking on your head. I know they can only do so much about the smell of mildew, but. Other than the elevators being broken down & average communication with the property owner it was a good place to sleep. Honestly I liked the bedroom and the paintings made it cozy enough, plus the private access to the beach, but the papers were misleading for parking. All in all for 1200 I probably would stay again.
