Had a good stay. Liked the condo, the place was close to the beach. Didn't care for the actual location. Had to drive every where and thought of renting a golf cart but no way to get it to our actual location to park it with the steps from the beach. It was a comfortable place to stay.

Definitely an older property but well maintained. The unit we were in did not have a beach view but the property is super close with a private boardwalk. All condos have huge balconies which was very nice. Amenities at the complex include 2 pools, 2 pickle ball courts and a full court basketball court. All the equipment was there for us to use and was well maintained. My only gripe was that our unit had a musty smell but we attributed that to being close to the beach. We would stay here again. Great value for what you pay being so close to the beach and so many great amenities. We also liked that we were about 7 miles south of Port Aransas so it’s a little more quiet and family friendly.

Fantastic and affordable beach property

This was such a great place away from the fray of beach vacationing. We did not have to deal with fighting for a place on the beach. We did not have to deal with loud and obnoxious travelers. We loved this spot and it is ready for some family fun.

Relaxing weekend with friends!

The Good: comfortable un-crowded beach with soft sand, the boardwalk was very convenient, the kitchen was easy to cook in, the outdoor rinse-off showers were great. We had a great weekend hanging out! The Bad: the wifi didn't work, check in hours are VERY limited, lots of rust all over the hotel, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, and I couldn't get the shower to run cold for my sunburn.
