Lovely

My family & I had a lovely stay at the Pelican House. The location was perfect for us because it was just behind the RV park where my Son & his family lives. The house was clean & it has a really pretty wooden spiral staircase. My daughter loved singing in the shower upstairs...it is large & had a nice echo 🤗The caretaker who stays in the apartment below is nice & you hardly even know he's there. Communication with the renter was easy & quick. It would only take a minute or two for a response. We highly recommend staying at the Pelican House.

Fantastic location, needs updating

We lived in Port Aransas for over a year during Covid and loved how the area survived. The location of this house is fantastic. It truly is walking distance to lots of attractions. Just one thing to consider, this is not a true 2 bedroom. One bedroom is located on the main floor with its own on suite bathroom. The second area is an open loft with 2 queen beds and its own on suite bathroom. No door to this room and not very private if you need that.
