Pet-friendly property. This is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in & have rented many. Very cozy with a beachy vibe that helped create an optimal experience. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for basic meals. This condo was exceptionally clean. The location is great especially happy to be close to Leona Turnbull Birding Center. Thank you!

We did have a few issues

We checked in on late Saturday. The shower curtain rod was broken and the liner would not stay up. I called on Sunday morning and they were putting in a maintenance request to fix the rod, the mildew/mold on the bottom of the shower liner and also report that’s the blinds in the living room needed fix. Maintenance came at 3:15 per their note. They never addressed the curtain rod/liner issue. We weren’t able to take a decent shower. Water was going all over the floor as well. I was pretty disappointed in that aspect.

The condo has nicer updated features like the flooring and countertops. The place does need some attention concerning the big water stain and peeling paint on the ceiling. There were no linens for the pillows or fold out bed. Coffe maker but no coffee cups. Towels were out I random drawers in the bathroom. The rubber seal was peeling off from the tub and the floor. The main bed was awful, it was a platform and I could feel all the springs. I wouldn’t stay at this condo again.

Our stay

It was good. Could use some check out instructions in the cabin. We didn’t see the text until we had left already. The shower curtain is useless. We left for breakfast and Came back to the room before leaving and the cleaning people had came in already. Not a big deal. We would stay again. Nice place

The property is very nice. My main complaint is that there needs to be blinds on the sliding door and front window. At night it’s very easy to see straight in to the condo. The extra space for 2 other people is small as well. It worked ok for us because we had two skinny young adults with us. The property is very clean and updated.
