Have rented this location several times over the years. Clean, cozy, and pet friendly. Love that it is convenient to parking spots and pool! A few times in the past, although not guaranteed, we have been notified that we could check in early, which has always been appreciated, however this was the first time that we arrived early, and weren't able to check in until almost 15 minutes after. A little disappointed, not in being unable to check in early but not at initial check in. It is stated in the agreement, but it is unfortunate, as the price paid and time of check out doesn't change. A second small inconvenience was that once checked in, someone parked in one of our (2) parking spaces. I notified the property management who responded that they were looking into it. Whoever it was eventually moved and we were able to park in our designated spots. The condo itself is very nice, good size for a family of up to 8. Two bedrooms, (1-master with private bathroom and 1-room with a queen & a twin bunk bed. Close to the beach (WhiteCap). Property & pool is always nice & heated. I think that since it doesn't require a key for entry, there are many using the pool who are not staying there, as it seemed extremely packed. It

Beautiful condo with immediate access to the pool and very quick access to the beach. I loved that the reserved parking was directly behind the condo. The condo itself was very nice. High ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops, and super comfortable beds made for a great stay. We would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway

I absolutely love Village by the Beach condos. The locations and proximity to the beach and the clean and spacious pool, just perfect! We did have one small issue this time, where the security guard came around 9:30 pm to the pool area when several other families and we were enjoying the opportunity to enjoy the pool without all the heat. He told everyone they had to be put by 10pm. Having had to resign my agreement:contract, I had read over all the rules, etc. The one in question here was that the pool was supposed to be open 10-10 Monday - Friday but Saturday & Sunday until 11. I spoke to the security guard and explained and he was very dismissive and said "I have to go by the sign". So, it was a bit disappointing and a bit bothersome that we are signing an agreement and although guests must adhere to the agreement, the condo/rental agency does not. Hopefully that will be resolved and sign updated, to avoid others being inconvenienced. Overall, this is still our condo of choice when visiting Corpus Christi.

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, be aware of additional fees

Beautiful and clean property. We could walk to the beach and also enjoyed the pool and grilled one night. The kitchen was fully stocked. My biggest issue is the overall price. You will have additional fees/charges because of this being a third party owner of the property.

Weather not good but the stay was fun

the property was as advertised. Roomy, well stocked with needed household items, clean, and near the beach. Had a problem connecting to wifi, but one call and 15 minutes later a tech was at the door and got us set up. The only problem was the weather which was cloudy, windy and very hot with rain threatening. Of course, the owners are not responsible for the weather! Overall a good time in a good condo.

Minor communication issues, but overall 5-star property

Clean, close to the beach, modern, nice. I didn't like that the VRBO "Glad Responder" didn't respond to my question prior to arrival. I was curious about parking because I was going to rent a golf cart and wanted to know whether or not I would be able to park it and how many spaces were assigned to my condo. Ultimately I reached someone by phone and they told me golf carts aren't allowed on the property (not stated anywhere in the rental listing), but I was able to park the golf cart closeby along the street. Not a big deal, really. Overall it is a great property and I would recommend and rent again. Thanks.
