The property was clean but I didn’t like that it seemed they were not ready to rent it out. I spent days looking and comparing properties for where we were going to stay the weekend. I found this place that was listed at $321 without any pictures but we have stayed at a Puenta Vista property for 2 nights before in March for $381 and that place was great with a washer and dryer too.. First we were contacted that the price was wrong and it was actually $509 not including the $35 Vrbo fee. We agreed that was fine because I did not want to keep searching properties. Then the WiFi was not connected but someone went by and connected it around 8pm. There was also no remote for the Tv on top floor. We downloaded several remotes on our phones to try to connect it to WiFi but nothing worked for the Vizio tv with one button. Also, the top floor bathroom shower is a little low water pressure because the water is still coming out of the bottom faucet when pulled up for shower instead of tub. Last of all, I would have liked it better if there was outdoor furniture to sit on the deck but there wasn’t. Other than that the place was clean and fine for a 2 night trip but a little on the expensive side.
