Welcome to your relaxing gulf retreat. A breathtaking view of the pool and gulf awaits you in this resort quality unit, this unit is cozy with a modern touch.

As you enter this wonderful space, a large flat-screen TV in the living area, sofa (pull out couch) and swivel chair. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit. A sleek and fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and all the essentials that will allow the chef to remain part of the party while preparing gourmet meals with everything at their fingertips. The dinning area is equipped with three chairs and there is additional seating located at the bar!

The bedroom has a king sized bed, two side tables tables and dresser to store all your items!

The bathroom is a walk in shower in addition to an extra closet and vanity with ample drawer and counter space. The brilliant lighting and granite countertops give this area a nice, modern look.

Property was in good condition. Fairly clean. I like its bea ch access and the somewhat upgraded apartment. I did not like that despite this being charged as a short term rental, the unit had a coffee maker but no coffee and filters were provided (as kther short rentals do). You can not go purchase a lot of filters and a bag of coffeee if younwill stay there onky forbthe weekend. No coffee shops at a walkable distance. This is an inconveniemce but I would definitely stay at this place again. Recommended.

Great front desk great location but not clean

Both Trashcans were overflowing at arrival. Jacob was kind to change them. Hair on the wall in shower. No sheets on pullout just a stained mattress cover. I called several times to speak to manager she called back once leaving her info I called back twice and left 2 messages and she had not returned my phone call.

Spring Break 2025

Our visit was very pleasant and relaxing. The area is not a huge spring break area for college kids which is why we chose the area. Beach was very clean and the sand soft. Other than the ongoing construction at the resort it was very quiet.
