The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 403 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo facing the beautiful beaches of Mustang Island. The 4th floor offers an exceptional view and this particular unit provides tall patio chairs that allow you to see the views of the beach; without the balcony blocking. The 4th floor is only a short ride down the elevators to the beach, lobby and sundeck area. The lobby area is the connecting route to both the beach and the pool.
Come and enjoy the beaches of Port Aransas without the crowds of town in this cozy condominium on the 4th floor. The Living Room furnishings are inviting for ocean gazes from the couch as the windows offer great views directly to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 55” Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and a connected DVD player. From the Kitchen you can still enjoy the view while making dinner.
The Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a 24” Flat Screen for the kiddos. Convenient and close enough for nighttime emergencies, the Second Bathroom is connected to the guest bedroom and has a full sized bath tub with shower capabilities.

Great experience

We were really pleased with our rental over New Years. The location was great - nice quiet section of beach. The Sandpiper itself was really nice, even though parts of it are being renovated. You check in through the front desk and the staff there is super nice - it feels more like staying in a hotel than other rentals we have used (meant as a compliment!) Our ONLY complaint is very minor - the written description of the unit mistakenly said that the second bathroom had a tub when it only has a standing shower. This made things a little difficult with our toddler, but we could make it work.

Loved this place!

My husband and 3 kids under 5 stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have been any happier. The staff was friendly and the online check-in was incredibly easy. Beach access was fantastic, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were stunning. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Wonderful beach!

Beach is wonderful! Condo is just outside of Port A so nice and quiet. I love that you can drive on the beach! Was perfect for those chilly days when kids still wanted to swim, but it was a little cold for me. Condo was clean and remodeled. Master mattress was not good and I actually slept on the couch. One side was caved in-almost like the box spring had been broken and there was no support. It was fine as I’d crack the slider and listen to the ocean!

This property is in a good location with great views of the beach. I felt that the individual unit (Room 403) was pretty good but still needed a little improvement (front door was not trimmed out, and the glass sliding door to the back poor is fairly rusted out). Overall, I would give this property a B+.
