Sea Gull Condominiums unit 310 is a newly remodeled three bedroom, two and a half bath vacation rental that has an ocean view, 3 queen beds, queen aerobed, new kitchen appliances with an island, flat screen TV's in LR and all bedrooms, ceiling fan in living room, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, tub in guest bathroom, tile flooring throughout with internet access. The Master bedroom has a view of the Gulf and both other bedrooms face the Corpus Bay. Condo Sleeps 8 people.

Lovely location

This was such a great location and ocean view was amazing, my only issue was the internet, horrible, only the livingroom tv worked, the other ones did not get and wifi signal and cable was not hooked up so pretty much usless. Other than that, the place was beautiful, clean. Would definitely come back.place was beautiful

Amazing

The inside was just as pictured in listing. Balconies off every bedroom. Easy access to beach. We felt property was spacious and clean. Very friendly onsite personnel. Will stay again!

don’t pick 310

All of our friends condos we’re so nice and comfortable. Ours was the most uncomfortable unit. The master had a queen bed, which is ridiculous in the first place. All three beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We were graciously provided with 6 rock hard pillows and the beds had a sheet and a single Ply blanket. Nothing else. So so so uncomfortable. The sinks in the bathroom have no water pressure, it took 5 seconds to fill my hands with a handful of water. The master bathroom is not separated from the bedroom, the toilet is literally in the bedroom with a half glass wall. The toilet ran every 30 minutes waking me up all night and I had to turn the water off each night to stop it. There was no broom or anything to tidy up and they don’t offer mail service. Port a is great and we love it here, we come all the time. I have just never ever rented such a terrible condo. I am shocked they don’t have a standard that needs to be met to rent, give all units are the same cost.

Great place!!

Just a few inconveniences (key cards wouldn’t stay activated, one of the TV’s had a minor issue, one bedroom door wouldn’t shut; all of which were immediately taken care of) were mixed with a lot of pleasant surprises. We knew the facility was under construction but this really wasn’t a bother at all. Our unit was so clean, had everything we needed, and a view that was exactly what we all needed. We will definitely stay here again!
