One of our rooms door code wasn’t working when we arrived and didn’t get in until 45 min later. We were t allowed later checkout to make up for it. Pool is dirty and WARM. Very disconcerting. Loud neighbors overhead. Parking spaces were taken up my other cars when we were supposed to have 2 per room. 3/5 stars, will probably look elsewhere next time.
