This place was awesome! The Kids loved the bunk beds and it was so close to the ocean that we were able to walk! Food was close by and there was a TV in every room!Thanks so much!

Really great location and an easy walk to Michael Ellis Beach & Seawall which made morning walks the best!The condo pool was small, small for the community and typically crowded. However there was ample parking and really appreciated having one and a half baths.

The house was great. It had everything you would need for a quick get away. The kids had a great time with the pool and the pier. The beach was a short drive or walk from the place. Overall it was great and we will be back.

Whale of a Good Time !!!

Absolutely as advertised...Clean, new, we'll appointed. Good value. Great communication from booking thru checkout. Only minor drawback was some construction noise. Appears the construction is near done and wrapping up so this shouldn't be an issue going forward. I rented a 3bd 3bath a couple weeks previous in the same complex. Great time.

Wonderful stay

We came down to celebrate two grandkids birthdays and our 45th wedding anniversary! We truly enjoyed the resort atmosphere with an amazing sunset view from the pool!

We had a great time staying at Whale, Hello There! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Had everything we needed. The property grounds were great too. The kids loved the pool with slides and the various activities at the lodge were great too! Will definitely look for this property next time.

Best Place Ever!

We have been visiting Corpus every summer for the past 10 years, and now we have found our property of choice! My husband, two daughters and their families loved the condo, the dock for fishing, the quietness, and LOVED the pool and area around it! My grandchildren said they want to always come back to this place!

Great Family Stay - leave the dogs and valuables at home

We spent the morning of our check-in at the beach, we arrived right before our check-in time and were able to spray off all our sand and salt in the hose provided outside before entering. The condo was nice and clean and maintained temperature really well. We had everything we needed and it was a short walk to either pool. The furnishings were very nice and beds very comfy. Our 1.5 year old did really well in the kids room with a pack in play (we brought) though I wish there had been a blackout curtain to keep him asleep longer in the AM. My biggest concern was with the actual property- both pools were very dirty and it seemed the filters just weren't keeping up. In one pool there was a green film floating on top of the water. The property claims to be dog friendly but our dogs are rather particular and prefer not to do their business on the course rock surfaces provided as "dog restroom areas" all the grass nearby was riddled with stickers and thorns that we discovered and then dug out of paws with cosmetic tweezers. Not ideal when we paid a good sum extra to bring our dogs over boarding them. We weren't aware that the property is still under construction and the workers began banging around at 5:30am, not exactly the relaxing family trip I had in mind. My last and final complaint is that it is very obvious that the property does not change the security codes between guest stays, as we were loading the car for check-out another family was able to enter our condo with the same code provided to us before their allotted check-in time. Scary that this could have happened while we were away from our valuables. The property issues are not the fault of the condo owner so our review remains high. The property management really needs some adjusting.
