This corner lot Island home is where you’ll want to find yourself on your next vacation! Wake up to a beautiful Island sun rise! Grab a hot cup of coffee & step outside to find a heightened buzz of excitement and enthusiasm from the entire neighborhood. A deep breath in fills your lungs with a cool beach salty air found only near a body of water. Ahh, island life. Truly like no other & something everyone should experience at least once!

Whether your goal is to be minutes away to one of the Islands most beloved beaches, or to be a hop, skip & a jump from some of the best local restaurants in town, this is THE ONE! But if you do stay here, don't forget to visit Padre Island Burger, just a few minutes from this home, where you'll find the best beer & burgers around! Looking for some cool souvenirs? One of the largest souvenir shops in town is located less than 3 minutes away, as is the nearest CVS & gas station. Hit them up on your 3 minute drive to the beach!

You'll be close enough to everything you need but yet far enough to enjoy privacy. This corner lot home offers you three bedrooms, one of which (MASTER BEDROOM) has a bonus room off of it. How perfect! Use it for yoga, a biz work area (we currently have a small desk & a printer for your convenience) or throw an air mattress down and create more sleep space! :)

The master bedroom has it's own full bath complete with bath tub, walk in closet & his/her sinks! Nice. I know. It's also located on one side of the home while bedroom 2 & 3 are way on the other side of the home! Yay! Privacy!

Bedroom 2 & 3 don't have their own bathroom but there's a full bathroom with tub & shower in between the two bedrooms. The rooms are not HUGE in size. They're pretty cozy actually but still spacious. Both have standard sized closets in them. We like to leave lots of pillows & blankets for y'all to snuggle in.

NO CARPET in ANY bedroom! We're happy about that one.

The living space is adorbs! Really, it totally is. The oversized living room has sky high ceilings & built ins that we decorated with string lights to create a beautiful ambiance. Cute bar separates the living room from the fully equipped kitchen. Sometimes we leave a complimentary bottle of wine. ;) You're welcome.

Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked but if you need something and can't find it just let us know. It happens. Don't freak out. Let us know. We'll grab it for you. There's a full sized refrigerator here, a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher. There’s also a coffee maker and a counter ice maker. The dining room is super cute too. Check out the bay windows. Don't you LOVE natural lighting in the mornings? Me too.

A second dining room is located at the front of the home. Perfect for large families that need more space to enjoy a meal or hang out.

Full sized washer & dryer can be found in the utility room but you won't have access to garage. We use it for storage. SUPER large and fenced in back yard.

Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed. No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.

THURSDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Thursday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Friday morning. Failure to pull trash cans out will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone to remove and discard the trash from trash cans.

NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.
