Two minutes to Rockport Beach and Ski Bay, boutique shopping, and fantastic restaurants! Blue Wave is a new three bedroom, two bathroom home located in a golf cart friendly area! There is a ton of parking so bring the boat, kayaks, jet skis, and outdoor games.
Inside you will open concept living filled with natural light. The living room features two comfy sofas, a huge bean bag for the kiddos, and a massive 85 inch TV that is perfect to gather around for the big game or movie night. The fully stocked kitchen wraps around the large island and has stainless steel appliances. The dining table has seating for six and there are three barstools at the kitchen island.
The first bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom features a king sleep number bed, a 55 inch TV, and attached bathroom.
The big backyard has tons of space and is a great spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying a cool beverage.
Grill the days catch on the propane grill or the charcoal grill.

We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of adequate parking, which made loading vehicles to go to the beach super easy. Very clean and would love to stay here again!Check in details came in around lunch time on day of visit. I was a little panicked (for no reason) and called the office. The property manager was very polite and explained the process.

Great Location and Great House!

The house was perfect! Great updates and huge spaces for the family. Bedrooms were a great size and we loved the bathrooms. It is in a tremendous location for downtown and the beach. We will be back and cannot wait!

Relaxing Home Away From Home

Beautifully renovated home with all amenities. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable. Minutes from the beach to fish and relax. Rocking chairs on both the front and back porch made it perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings.

Perfect location

Good for families!

We stayed at the Blue Wave house for 2 nights and 3 days. Check-in process was easy. House was open concept and looks like it was recently remodeled. We loved how spacious it was. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the large TV. I was very impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was. It had everything you would need to cook a nice meal. They provided towels, soap, laundry detergent… basically everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The location was good. It was about a 20 minutes walk to the historic area. You do need to drive to the beach access, but it was a few minutes walk to the Old Beach road. I highly recommend going there to see the sunrise!

Grandkids Getaway

The property was very clean, well stocked with kitchen amenities, and very nice. The host, Tracey, was very responsive. When I mentioned that the king size bed was not comfortable, she had a mattress topper brought over that very day. The proximity to the beach at Rockport was ideal for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. One little note… we couldn’t find one single butter knife in the whole kitchen. Lots of forks and spoons and chopping knives (etc) but no butter knives. So strange. We had the best time and the grand boys loved the bean bag in the living room!

Family getaway

We loved the house! Beautifully maintained with plenty of kitchen extras and out door extras. It was very clean. It was perfect for our family with ages ranging from 1 to 86. Only thing was not enough TP on hand and house did not have a pleasant odor. It was very clean but didnt have that clean fresh smell. However, we will definitely be back and will be our go to home away from home Thanks Laurie

First family vacation

This was the first time we have stayed in anything besides a hotel when being out of town so we was pretty new to it all and a little nervous on finding a perfect place for the first big family vacation. This home was a perfect fit for my Big family and Suzanne was amazing and on top of all communication. The neighborhood is perfect and the older couple to the side was very frindly and Made us feel so welcome. I really enjoyed the Convenience of having a washer and dryer and the kitchen had all kinds of dishes. It's a very short drive to Rockport beach and to all the gift shops. The Rockport beach is beautiful and perfect for all ages. I would definitely recommend going during the week because it does get packed full on the weekends. Rockport is a beautiful little town! We definitely would love to come back and stay again. Such a beautiful cozy home!
