In the heart of the Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca Natural Park, immersed in a unique and enchanting naturalistic area, there is a graceful sea view complex consisting of three terraced houses: the first house is called Rosetta, Casa Mony is the second one, the last is solution is Casa Roberta. The complex is fascinating precisely for its strategic position which dominates a part of the Adriatic coast and is embellished with luxuriant vegetation that almost envelops the entire structure. The houses enjoy convenient shared parking and a beautiful rock side staircase that leads to each individual solution.
The last house is the Roberta house which, compared to the other two, has a privileged position as it is higher and with a wider seaview. The house has a lovely terrace with table, chairs, barbecue, sink and an outdoor shower. Inside there is a nice air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed and a built-in kitchen. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one with a bunk bed. Finally available one bathroom and a little toilet wc.
Mosquito nets on all windows. Free Wifi available.
Washing machine shared with the guests of the other houses.
The complex is an excellent solution for groups of friends and families who want to spend their summer holidays together.
