An 8 m2 terrace with garden furniture with a view of the town hall park. A cellar available to store bikes and other equipment. Located near the old town: museum of Corsica, its citadel and its belvedere. 10 minutes by foot, departure for swimming, hiking, climbing and river descent in the Tavignano and Restonica valleys. 45 minutes by car, access to the beaches of Balagne and the Eastern coast, walks in the Vizzavona and Niolu forests and various adventure trails, climbing, via ferrata, canyon, mountain biking.
