Great location but the staff ruined it all

Cons: The owner / receptionist need to learn how to deal with customers.
Location: Great location.
I didn't even stay in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist / owner had been difficult for no reason. He made us repark our motorcycles to a different area although allowed another group to park in the same spot the day after. Then he gave us double rooms although we had booked twins and told us the hotel was full and there was no way to book additional rooms. We left and booked elsewhere and when we came back to pick up our luggage suddenly there were some free rooms!! The rooms are clean and the hotel is well located but dealing with the staff is too dreadful so I will avoid it in the future.
