Formerly the workshop of the Cortona hamlet of Fratticciola. It consists of a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Access from the street or from the inner courtyard. Recent restructuring, respecting the tradition and materials of the Valdichiana.
With terracotta ceilings with chestnut beams, Tuscan terracotta floors, antique doors with bolts and old locks, the house has been reborn without losing its essence.
We live a few or play at our bell and we will be happy to help you!

Host was extremely welcoming. Met us when we arrived and explained usage of all the amenities, including the clothes washer. Cottage was quintessential Rural Italian home. The hostess even provided us with some local wine and homemade biscotti.

This is a bucket list destination. There are three adjacent properties suitable for a couple or a group of 4 and 5Fratticciola is a comfortable drive from many interesting locations (apart from delightful Cortona with its Fortress and Sanctuary)such as Arezzo Orvieto Montepulciano The host her husband and daughter go out of their way to ensure your comfortThe farming community is always interesting. History leaps from everything. Our outrage was built before Australia and America were settled. Thick walls and air conditioning ensure comfort. Etruscan Roman - even stories of Hannibal camping with his elephants apart from 20 century wars that we share participation inHighly recommendOnly warning is to stay on sealed roads DONT follow navigation system up one war gravel tracks We loved oir near 2 weeks here. Would love to ge again with friends
