This is a modern, spacious, 3/2 bedroom home on over an acre. This is a 2025 built cabin, with no drywall. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood less than 45 min from Dollywood and much more. This beautiful cabin is ideal for families that want to relax and recharge.

Bear Top Lookout has the WOW factor when you first walk in, with windows overlooking the perfect view of the mountains. Spend time on the deck lounging or reading in the forest.

The open plan features a kitchen with an oversized island seating, dining table for 6, and a comfortable sitting area around the stone electric fireplace. The owner loves to entertain and thus is outfitted with all the necessary items to cook for your family. Quartz countertops, all new appliances, Keurig, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster oven, and all the bakeware you would ever need. Outside you will find a gas grill, perfect for grilling all year round.

The Bear Top Lookout bedroom / bathrooms were designed to rejuvenate. Each bedroom has linens, pillows, and TV. An ensuite bathroom on main level king bedroom is attached with a walk in shower, and a soaking tub. Bathrooms are complete with spa like shampoos, conditioners, body lotion, and eucalyptus shower mist.
