I think the sheets weren’t clean enough because I had bed bug bites.. the front desk were good except one lady with glasses that was mean and had a mean look too. She was awful. Plus I paid for a pool view room with balcony and they put us in a room with palms view!! Couldn’t even see the pool and that wasn’t what I expect for paying almost 400 dollar/night. The location was amazing and the pool too. But imagine you pay extra money and u don’t get what u paid for
