Set within a 300-year-old complex, it offers breathtaking views of the sea in a completely quiet location, yet just three miles from the tourist centre and the lakefront. The icing on the cake, especially for the kids: since 2015, it’s also had a swimming pool! It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms: one on the second floor, one on the ground floor (a bedroom with a bathtub), and a third on the ground floor (in the annex); there’s also another bedroom next to the kitchen with a sofa bed, where two more teenagers or children can sleep if needed.
A large terrace on the ground floor and the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely furnished living room with TV, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a garden.
There’s plenty of space for six people!

The romantic sunsets add the perfect finishing touch to the magnificent view of the valley and the lake.
An added bonus: Garda’s new indoor thermal pool with spa is just a 20-minute walk away.

Bird lovers will especially enjoy late spring, when nightingales sing in the valley.

On cool evenings, our fireplace invites you to enjoy pleasant moments together.

The largest shopping centre on Lake Garda, in Affi—where you’ll find everything you need—is just a 10-minute drive away.

The variety of restaurants in the area is ideal for culinary discovery tours.

At the weekly markets in the surrounding areas (Caprino, Garda, Bardolino, Lazise), you can buy fresh farm-fresh produce.
Our well-equipped kitchen allows you to turn these magical ingredients into culinary specialities.

One more note: it’s possible that during the same period, my neighbour has rented out his house (the centrepiece of the entire building), and even there, so you’ll have to share use of the garden with other people!

* Unfortunately, “Rustiko” also means a constant “battle” against spiders and their webs (which our housekeeper successfully removes after each tenant change) and ants, but they’re never completely gone in such an old house!
