Des prestations de qualité

Les personnes d'accueil et du service sont aux petits soins. La chambre était très fonctionnelle et très propre. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la grande salle, très agréable, est très complet. L'environnement est également très calme car nous avons pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Accueil et séjour confortable et une équipe au petit soin et à l'écoute. La qualité de la restauration en ce temps de Covid est au rendez-vous avec une revue de menue chaque semaine (idéal pour les longs sejours d'affaires)👌. Le lieu est calme sans bruit de circulation. Unfortunately my stay was not a happy one. The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. The staff seemed to take umbrage at the fact I didn’t want to eat in their restaurant and it went downhill from there. You’ve been warned!

Very friendly hotel, in a very interesting village. Room was clean, recently fitted new shower room, comfortable large bed. Real bonus a wonderful restaurant with an interesting menu, great wines, atmosphere, good value. A lovely garden to have drinks etc. Good value and healthy breakfast, home made jams, fresh fruit, breads, croissants etc. We will definitely be back.

Déçus. Pour commencer, nous avons marché dans une crotte dans l'escalier d'entrée de l'hôtel qui n'était pas éclairé. Ensuite nous n'avons pas dormi après 5h30 du matin à cause de l'absence de rideaux occultant. Enfin nous avons payé plus cher que le prix affiché dans les chambres. Nous n'y reviendrons jamais.

Good value in great location with character.

Excellent dinner for cuisine and service in a delightful castled village which is quiet at night. As it is a small hotel, we found that the reception is not always open, so suggest that you should phone some time before arrival to ensure that there is someone available to give admittance. Courtyard parking available. Rooms a little old-fashioned but modern windows, nice pillows and good value for money.
