This has to be the worst casino hotel around. The rooms were substandard. The Buffett is only 3 days out of the week. They have no room service and if you order delivery you have to go all the way to the front desk to retrieve it, no housekeeping unless you give them a 24 hour notice. It is in need of a major new decor update unless they’re holding onto the idea of who they used to be. The hotel elevators are a good distance from the door so if you’re disabled or struggle with walking be prepared. They don’t have valet and I had to go up to the hotel floors to search for a luggage cart. This place is the Howard Johnson’s of casino hotels. Never again.

Nice stay for two days for two people. Mattresses firm. Wish they would give you more than two single packets of coffee for two days. Not much choice in menus between the two places you can eat. Arrived at one place at 10:50 AM for breakfast, they close at 11:00 so we had to wait until their only other restaurant opens at 11:00AM. Staff was very good (Front desk, security, maintenance, room attendance, and dealers.

There was a dirty towel in the bathroom closet floor, but the rest of the room was great. The staff were all great especially the hotel front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.

I would say it was very clean and had a nice hot tub and pool. I was kind of disappointed that you had to have a players card to enter what looked like a very nice restaurant with a nice fire going to sit by. So we went in the lounge which was nice, so just a suggestion about the restaurant. Overall a good experience and friendly staff.
