Clean room and facilities. Enjoyed the fitness room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool in the summer. Will return in the winter. Location is close to the airport and downtown Omaha.

No hair dryer in room and nothing available through out the building! The shower was difficult to get set on a good temperature and falling apart Room wasn’t as comfortable as the one in September

I rate it highly because I felt safe at the hotel. However, the ice machine was missing from my floor and had a pizza box there instead... toilet wasn't flushing until I plunged it, and the tv didn't have a lot of channels. The breakfast was good, so that's a plus. Overall, would I stay there again? Yes. Was it the best hotel experience I've ever had? No.

Check in staff were good. First room didn’t have a functioning tv so we were moved to another room. Our room had no hot water. Staff seemed to be aware of the problem but didn’t disclose it or have a solution to resolve the situation. Put a big damper on our stay at the hotel.

We were put in a room that had no TV or fridge then had to move to another room. There was no hot water than night or the next morning. When I called and complained the manager said there was a gas leak and was out of their hands. I would think if a gas leak we would have been evacuated. lied to me then he hung up on me and refused to discount my room charges. Hotel was not in good condition don’t stay here!!!

Pictures of the hotel definitely made it seem a lot nicer. Room was just very run down. Bathtub didn't drain while showering. Scuff marks all over the walls. Both of the beds in the room were different sizes (one was a queen, one was a full). Only one small lamp for the whole main room. Overall, just felt old and dingy. However, the staff was very nice and check in went very smooth.

Reasonable price but you get what you pay for.

The first room was hot, lumpy pillows and bed. Second room much better except toilet had to be flushed several times to get toilet paper down. The maid said she knocked on our door when we were out at 930 loading our car and check out is 11 and they stripped bed moved our stuff and threw away our chocolate cake. I didn’t like them coming in before we checked out and moving our belongings and tossing items.

It was a pretty average room at a low price. Actually, I would say some other hotels were charging double for rooms and they weren't anything special. Great value overall! Having some fresh fruit would've been nice.
