Arnaque sur internet

Hotel peu cher et convenable pour ce prix. Bruyant la nuit ( musique ). Personnel sympathique. Le probleme est que les differentes receptionnistes n ont jamais su quoi faire avec la reservation papier que je leur ai presente. Elles disent que l hotel n est pas present sur internet à leur connaissance. ( Elles semblaient sinceres). J ai donc du paye une seconde fois ( la ° fois etait moins chere que sur internet). Resultat : j ai le sentiment de m etre fait arnaque soit par hotels.com soit par l hotel au Kenya.
