We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat style cabin boat to less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 16 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace facing south. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with a TV, convertible sofas (3 beds) and a dining area that can accommodate 5 guests.
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.

Outdoor area:
- A terrace of 6 m², facing south to enjoy the sunny days with outdoor furniture.
- Secure outdoor parking for one vehicle.

The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
