Discover the Normandy coast by staying in this duplex apartment, ideally located near the beach and the town centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer.
The 27 m² flat can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and comprises a living room with sofa bed, dining area, fully-equipped kitchenette, bedroom with two single beds, shower room and balcony for al fresco dining!

Le Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A beautiful, bright living room with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
- Separate WC

On the 1st floor, accessed by a wooden staircase :
- Bedroom: two single beds, desk area.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

Outside:
- A small balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs, to enjoy a good meal al fresco!

Courseulles est une belle découverte. Arrivée facile et bien gérée par Isabelle. Logement propre, bien équipé avec un « vrai » four ! C’était parfait. Les enfants à l’étage et nous en bas. Même si l’escalier est un peu raide, notre fille de 3 ans et demi s’est très bien débrouillée pour monter et descendre toute seule, sous notre surveillance bien sûr. :) c’est même un jeu évidemment !"

On songe déjà à revenir. Nous sommes venus pour un weekend de 5 jours avec nos 2 enfants. À 5 min de la mer et des commerces. Courseulles est une belle découverte. Arrivée facile et bien gérée par Isabelle. Logement propre, bien équipé avec un « vrai » four ! C’était parfait. Les enfants à l’étage et nous en bas. Même si l’escalier est un peu raide, notre fille de 3 ans et demi s’est très bien débrouillée pour monter et descendre toute seule, sous notre surveillance bien sûr. :) c’est même un jeu évidemment !

Très bon rapport qualité prix 🙂 Très calme, propreté des lieux, toilettes séparées de la salle de bain, bons équipements et suffisamment de rangements. Il y a une véritable chambre et non pas en mezzanine comme peut le laisser penser la photo. 🙁 Un peu éloigné des commerces à pied, une partie de la kitchenette est difficilement accessible du fait de l’escalier, escalier un peu raide"

Petit appartement dans un style typique de la Normandie. Pas énormément d'espace pour 2 adultes et un enfant mais suffisant pour 2 semaines. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent, dont lave-linge. À 2 minutes à pied de la plage, donc idéal. Place de parking privé appréciable. Petits inconvénients: escalier en bois abrupte et étroit pour accéder à la chambre, pas de toilettes dans la salle de bain à côté de la chambre (nécessité de redescendre au RdC). Globalement satisfaisant.

Le Voilier Appartement très sale avec des odeurs désagréables dans les couvertures et des ustensiles de cuisine pas assez propre. Appartement très étroit et non adapté pour les enfants surtout la cuisine sous l’escalier et difficultés à utiliser les machines à café et du thé car il y a une seule prise au dessus de la plaque : problème de sécurité. Pas de lavabo dans les toilettes et il faut monter l’escalier difficile pour trouver un lavabo en salle d’eau. La dame vient à 11h taper à la porte pour nous demander de quitter les lieux et nous demande de payer 35€ supplémentaires pour nettoyage bien qu’on a payé en avance 32€ à la réservation. Pas d’accès à la plage. On a l’habitude de réserver des superhosts et on a souvent été recommandée pour la propriété des appartements qu’on laisse. A fuire absolument. Très mauvaise expérience surtout quand Il fait froid souvent en été avec des Vents violents qui peuvent aller jusqu’à à 39km/h.
