The house is a lovely French villa in a quiet part of the town, but not far from the center. We had a nicely decorated bedroom with a fireplace, a view over Coutances cathedral and a renovated windowed bathroom with a nice stall shower. We loved the garden and the breakfast was perfect. Coffee and tea were also available in the lobby anytime. The host made us feel at home.

Antoine is a very nice host and we had a wonderful stay. If you get the opportunity to get a dinner from him try it out. He will individually create a menu for you. Also the breakfast is fantastic and changes daily We will definitely come back

Disappointed but decent location

Stay was fine. Things that would give cause for not rebooking : no chair in the bedroom. No tv in the room. It was offered to bring one in but… it should be there. And it’s up to me if I use it. Wi-fi cover not well explained. Everyone nowadays expects decent internet in the bedroom. There was a tear in the duvet cover. The window could have done with a good swipe. Attention to details??? Perhaps not always on the items that matter to more mature visitors.

Notre séjour s’est superbement bien passé. Les chambres et parties communes sont impeccables, fonctionnelles, propres et décorées avec goût. C'est une maison d'hôtes, un peu en dehors du temps, si vous aimez le bohème chic le bucolique fait une halte. On y est très bien reçu, très bien accueilli., on s'y sent bien tout simplement. Les chambres sont très cosy ! Le lit douillet ! On peut dîner le soir et tout est fait de façon gastro sans se prise de tête. C est local, eco-responsable. C'est délicieux ! Et le matin c'est pareil !

Très bien situé, 10 min à pieds du centre-ville. Le lieu est très beau avec son jardin fleuri et arboré, on en oubli qu’on est en ville . Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût, literie très confortable et salle de bain impeccable. Antoine est absolument charmant, super accueillant et disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais et faits maison ( la brioche est une tuerie!) . Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Un petit Oasis! The detail that Antoine has put into this stunningly restored house is so incredibly unique and special #HouseGoals.
