It’s a. Dump for the price

Had a shuttle to the airport scheduled and was 2 minutes late. They said the driver left already and not sure if he will make another so we had to call lift. It was a hassle to get information from the woman on shift in the morning. Another couple can right after and she told them the same thing. Hotel was runs down musty beds terrible sheets and pillows terrible. Not staying there again

Stayed one overnight before an early flight at CVG. Bar food and drinks were okay, happy hour prices were great. Longterm parking is abundant and reasonably priced and shuttle was great. We had a makeup stain on our sheets and no hot water for showers and could never get anyone to answer a phone to help with either.

I was there just for the night but it was midnight, I was tired and check in was quick and staff was very friendly so that meant a lot. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which was especially appreciated after a long day of traveling. I would stay there again.

Happy with our stay

The lobby was beautiful. The floor we stayed on was the 2nd floor, there was construction/remodeling while we were there, we could see however they were not working on it over the 2 days we were there so there was no noise or mess while we were there.

Hair on the walls of the shower like it was not cleaned. Tub was extremely slick when I stepped in and came close to falling (same for a coworker staying in another room) Shuttle service was great to the airport.

The staff was much more helpful this time. There were two towels for three people and no bedding for the hide a bed but the receptionist told us that might be the case and to just give her a call. I was able to catch a house keeper in the hall who was happy to give us what we needed. The shuttle to and from the airport was great.
