When we arrived there was no parking because the parking lot is used for airport parking as well. The key wouldn't unlock our room so we had to go back to the desk to get a new key. Others were at the desk with the same problem. The following day our new key wouldn't work again and we had to go to the desk again. The vouchers for breakfast were not provided and the staff member that we asked for help with this was very unfriendly and said computers were down so basically too bad for us. The whole experience just was sub par at most.
