I paid for breakfast but when I checked in I was told I hadn’t. They wanted me to have an itemized receipt to prove that I’d paid. Eventually I just paid again. Then in the morning the breakfast room was so understaffed that we waited for 45 minutes to have our order taken. Then it was another 45 before we were finally told it would be another 20-30 minutes before our food would arrive. We couldn’t wait any longer so we left without breakfast. No refunds were offered, even when I explained the situation upon checkout. Also, parking is free unless you’re leaving your car. This was not clear in the hotels.com booking.

Close to the airport, room was clean and quiet. Transportation from the airport advertised and discussed in advance was not able to be reached and was why I chose this hotel over others.

It was ok, but I felt that the room was a bit dirty. Nothing had been wiped down and you could tell that the room was not fully cleaned after the previous guest left. The tables and TV screen were all dusty and there were marks on all surfaces were drinks had been left on and not wiped down. This hotel is in a particularly busy area so I didn’t expect perfection, but I did expect the room to be cleaner.
