Interior and exterior entry with a spiral staircase to bedroom with two sitting areas. Lower living area has a flat screen and full kitchen. Large open bathroom with interior and exterior entry and double rain shower heads. Over 40 acres of land for horses, atvs, running or a lazy day spent by Snapping shoals creek that boarders the entire length of the back of the property. Grill and two stone firepits. Plenty of parking, round pen, six stall pole barn for horses or atv storage.
