Looking for the perfect family getaway or group escape? Our spacious double-story 3 bedroom beach house in Cowes, Phillip Island ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Sleeps up to 8 guests with flexible bedding for families and friends.

Bedroom 2 – Tri-bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top)
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed + Single bed
Enjoy open-plan living, a fully fenced backyard ideal for kids and pets, and a covered outdoor area with table tennis for hours of fun. There's double-gate access for boats or caravans and off-street parking for 3–4 cars.
Upstairs, relax on the beautiful balcony with amazing views—the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful moment or watch the sunset.
Located just minutes from Cowes beach, local shops, cafes, and attractions like the Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre, and A Maze’N Things—you’re close to all the action while enjoying your own private retreat.

Communication with the host was very good. We were three adults and one dog. The property was clean and welcoming. It worked very well for us, and we had a very lovely stay. Would love to come back.

A magnificent residence! There were 8 of us including a child and we had the best time over Christmas, some lovely memories. Olivia was a welcoming host who ensured our time there went smoothly.
