4 BEDROOM UNIT WITH COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL IN THE HEART OF COWES, (1 of 3 Units - BOOK ONE OR ALL THREE). These units are in the perfect position in Cowes. Only minutes walk to the beach and town. Enter from Steele Street, parking at front of units. Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground. Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break. Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. No WIFI - NOT PET FRIENDLY This downstairs 4 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 7 guests: ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS MADE UP Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed, with ensuite Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds Bedroom 3 - 1 x queen bed Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed. This 4 bedroom unit is on the lower level on the left hand side (looking at the picture). This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities. Rent one and relax with the family or Rent all 3 and relax with family and friends and have your own private mini resort.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

Beach House Apartments Cowes
We had a lovely time and appreciated the convenient location, family-friendly layout, and the deck for warm evenings. We did experience a few issues that we wanted to share.
Possum in Back Twin Bedroom Walls - A possum seemed to be in the walls of the back twin bedroom, causing loud noises all night, which affected sleep.
Master Bedroom TV Issue - The TV in the master bedroom’s retreat area repeatedly restarted every few minutes, making it unusable.
Cleanliness Concerns - We encountered dead cockroaches in the bedrooms, live cockroaches in the kitchen, smeared surfaces, spiders in bedrooms, and an eggy odour in the kitchen/dining area.
Coffee Machine Issues - The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned, and the pods provided didn’t fit, so we couldn’t use it.
Missing Toaster - though advertised, there was no toaster available.
With a few improvements, this property could easily become a top choice for us and others.

Excellent location and good for larger groups
The property is in a great location and the layout of the unit it good. It could really do with a bit of a refresh but we were happy enough with our stay. Having the pool over the warmer months would be also be enjoyable- it was too cold for our stay.

A great family house
The house is roomy and very comfortable for a family holiday. We all loved the pool and being so close to the beach and the Thompson Avenue shops and cafes.
We appreciated the trees around the house but not the possums on the roof.

Large and modern property in a great location close to the beach, playgrounds and Cowes city centre with the standout being the clean and huge chemical-free pool we used every day! Flyscreens and windows need a good clean as flies and cob-webs aplenty, but other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family getaway
We had 4 adults and 4 children staying together for the weekend. The property was a great size, plenty of sitting room both indoors and out doors. The master bedroom is huge. Comfortable beds, no complaints about anything. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing on the playground equipment at the property. Be sure to spray the equipment as there were a LOT of spiders. The property is about a 5 min walk to a wonderful playground right by the beach. We were lucky to have perfect weather to spend the afternoon at the beach. It’s also walking distance to a large number of cafes, restaurants and shops and supermarkets. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the future.

House was roomy and great location. A few window winders were broken & a couch was tatty with a Little TLC the place would be fantastic. There was absolutely no shade by the pool or playground which meant our kids didn’t get to play on it and had quick swims.
Would definitely stay here again if these things were addressed.
