“Irving House” is a delightful single-storey family-friendly home in central Cowes just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The central hallway provides access to the large open plan Living/Dining Room (with 65" smart TV) and Kitchen, that in turn flows through to the rear Deck. Also off the hallway are Bedroom 1 (with BIR and 43" smart TV), Bedroom 2 (with BIR) and Bedroom 3 (with BIR & 43" smart TV). At the rear of the home are the Bathroom (with shower & toilet) and a fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) that also leads out to the rear Deck.
Outdoor Areas
The partially covered rear Deck (with gas BBQ & 8-seater table) features the amazing 6-seater electric spa, and overlooks the enclosed rear yard that is perfect for children. The Single Carport provides space for one car, with additional parking for another 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the long driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners; one in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and another in Bedroom 1, plus two additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required.
