About the home
“Redwood” is a delightful home in great location. Shopping for supplies or finding a yummy meal couldn’t be easier, with two full supermarkets and a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants located within less than 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk. Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
“Redwood” is a single-storey home, with a large, open-plan area comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area, and a spacious, air-conditioned living as well as a second living area, both have a tv. Off the living area are three bedrooms and the Master has a tv, an ensuite (with shower, basin and toilet) the walk in robe isn’t for guest use, the main bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate toilet, and a large laundry.
Outdoor Areas
The sunny side rear courtyard with a sunshade cloth, which is accessed through the living room, has an outdoor 8-seater dining set, the bbq is stored in the garage. It has a fully enclosed rear and back yard where children and pets can safely play. You can park your car in the locked up single drive through garage, as well as on the driveway or on the street.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home has a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the living. Electric heating in both bathroom and bedroom 3. There’re three standalone fans and one mobile heater for use where required.

Linen

What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

House layout
The house layout was great and spacious.
Location fantastic.
The only thing i can say is it was DIRTY!!
Cob webs and dust EVERYWHERE!!
we had to clean and wipe everything down and put a bed sheet on the couch as it was that dusty the cupboards and rooms stunk needed to bear sprayed and aired out and windows had mould on them

Lovely Property - Quiet Location
Overall Redwood is a lovely quiet property and very comfortable. The only issue was the lack of soap. No soap for showers or hand basins so make sure to bring your own. Considering the charge for 2 nights, we were wondering why no soap was supplied....as other guests previously noted.
The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and light.
The livingroom has great couches for relaxing on and plenty of natural light pouring in.
The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with crockery and cutlery, but don't expect to find the basics, tea, coffee etc that many other rental properties supply.
The outside area is nice to sit in and enjoy.

Great location, great size, slightly grubby
Spent a weekend here with friends. Great location, great size, great layout but the property could use a deep clean. Cream carpets are spitted with spills and marks, dust and debris on window sills in main bedroom, daddy long leg spiders throughout the place and there wasn’t enough handsoap. Main bathroom needed to be refilled and there wasn’t any at all in the other bathroom. Not a big deal, but would be nice to wash your hands properly after travelling, toileting etc.
