Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only. Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds Porta cot and high chair available on request. These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
