About the home
“View to the Green” is a recently renovated double-storey, pet friendly home in Cowes with an incredible gas-heated 10-seater spa. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining room and huge upstairs living area (with smart TV) leading out to the covered deck. Also on this floor are bedrooms 1 and 2 and a bathroom (with shower & toilet). Downstairs is the second living room (with smart TV & coonara wood heater), bedrooms 3 and 4 (each with BIR), as well as Bedroom 5, another bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate toilet and a laundry.
Outdoor Areas
The enormous covered upstairs Deck (with gas BBQ, lounge suite, 8-seater table and additional bench seats) has lovely water views. The Deck wraps around the home, providing additional space to spread out. The centrepiece of this amazing home is the 10-seater gas-heated spa in the rear gazebo, accessible under cover from the home. The rear yard is enclosed - perfect for kids and pets alike. There is a hot/cold water shower in a separate room off the spa and space for 5-6 cars to park on the premises between the driveway & the front of the home. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home is equipped with reverse-cycle split system units in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. There is a coonara wood heater in the downstairs living area, and there are 5 ceiling fans in the home; bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 plus the upstairs living and kitchen/dining rooms.

This property was a delight to stay at! The house was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, plenty of space and something for everyone. The spa in particular was greatly enjoyed by the guests. All the communication and check in process was seamless too. Thank you very much!
