they say they have breakfast included, but they don’t give breakfast whatever they show the room when you go on the place they will try to charge more which one there will be showing you in app they will not give you the place

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for them to turn the hot water on. I also booked for 14 people during this stay, because they refused to give us the room we booked, 2 people had nowhere to sleep so we had to find another hotel. Honestly, the service is appalling. How they are still functioning is surprising. The only thing good is the location but even that, they have lied on their description as to where the hotel is.
