The space
This condo is in one of the new buildings in Cozumel Island.
It is the perfect place to relax, you can choose to do some swim laps in the long pool or wach the sunset in the rooftop in the 8th floor of the building.
D'Maria is located in a privileged area close to restaurants as Sunset bar, Coco Café and more, but far enogh to skip the noise of town and cruiships people.

You can have access to our GYM, recreational zone for kids or any of the pools (8am-11 pm).

The condo has a keypad access, and the building has security 24/7

The condo has a central a/c, we just ask to set up at 78F once you go out of the condo.
Other things to note
No Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside the condo. You can smoke or vaping in the balcony.

There's an outside parking área in the building, you are welcome to use it. In case that it's full, you can park in the street, the área is very safe.
