The condo has 3500 feet of livable and patio space space for your friends and family members. Beach access is available through a dedicated entry way, and two docks are available within 300 yards of the villa for scuba, snorkel, and fishing boat pick-ups. The condo is centrally located to the marine park of Cozumel and some of the best diving and snorkeling sites in the world.
