Juan was the best host! He provided bikes which we used everyday. He also booked a car for us. He was easy to contact for anything we needed. We highly recommend staying at his place!!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres brisés. Points à améliorer : il manque plusieurs éléments de base dans la cuisine (une seule tasse, peu d’ustensiles, pas de planche à découper). Un rideau dans la chambre serait souhaitable pour plus de noirceur. La terrasse arrière n’est pas aménagée (pas de chaises ni table) et les hamacs en place dans le jardin sont peu invitants (sales ou moisis). Le BBQ annoncé n’était pas sur place à l’arrivée, mais les propriétaires ont fourni un modèle portatif sur demande, ce qui a été apprécié. Certaines prises électriques fonctionnent mal ou ne tiennent pas bien les fiches, impossibles à utiliser. Un parasol et un lit de plage brisés sont laissés dans la cour ; ce type de situation devrait être adressé rapidement dans un hébergement. L’entretien extérieur pourrait être amélioré (feuilles mortes et allées couvertes de graines d’arbres) ; nous l’avons fait nous-mêmes à quelques reprises pour maintenir l’endroit agréable. Très bel endroit, mais qui gagnerait à être mieux équipé et entretenu.
