I hated it. Most awful resort ive been to. Secrets akumal set me up for failure. They are clean and respectful( everyone ) its way nicer.
Secrets azura in cozumel was AWFUL!!!
the swim out pools were fridged.
The rooms stayed wet 24/7 we slept in wet beds. A dehum is absolutely needed just for comfort.
Nothing would dry, except it was wet from the humidity... so where my dehumidifier??????
We had to pay to use the pier everyday. When we paid to come to the resort, all inclusive a lie.
The resort next to us, had diver assistance. They cleaned wet suits and handled gear. No options at secrets but you pay for the peir. Absolutly rediculous.
The rooms were gross. Hair was left. There was a ... slime? Grime? All over the walls. There were splatters on the walls EVERYWHERE.
The safe kept locking itself on me. Amd they say oh sorry happens allot. I dont want people in there. Thats why i have a SAFE! one that works would be advantageous.
the WORST PART WAS Gustavo. And the membership they shove down your throat. He made fun of me for not wanting to spend an extra 6k on vacation. They dont want you tothink about it. They push you to sign it. Like i mean rudely, forcefully, even to the point of degrading you. Im not a man, i have no ego like that. Tried to make me feel bad to get the sale.
