It was great being at the beach for vacation. Secrets Aura has amazing views and sunsets. It really is in need of a renovation overhaul. Service was great though. The food was mediocre at best.

We really liked the staff and how friendly they were! Our housekeeping staff was amazing. The food was good. We could have been instructed better on how to use the adjoining resorts. The pools could have used more water in them to maintain the cleanliness. For it being a Secrets Resort we did feel that the evening entertainment fell short compared to other Secrets Resorts we have stayed at. Overall loved the area, excursions and Cozumel 😁

Had a great time at the property enjoyed our vacation. The only complaint that I really have is that some of the restaurants were closed most days that we were there that had the best food and that it was very loud with the carts, pushing around the area at night, but would highly recommend. We did have a few ants in our room.

Ac you couldn’t control, phone to front desk didn’t work, dual shower switch didn’t work. Caught someone in my room doing a “turn down” on the last night . No other nights did we have turn downs. Food was horrible. Buffett was good rest was garbage for a 4.5 star resort won’t be back or recommend. Restaurants were closed wit no notice. Restaurants menus changed daily with availability

Staff is absolute 5 star in ALL aspects. Facilty needs to be updated and full repairs in all rooms. If it were not for the outdated and half broken facility, I would rate 5 stars all around.

Beautiful property with a lot of potential. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason of the low rating is because the food was terrible. I wasn’t expecting much considering the hotel was all inclusive. However, the food was terrible. VERY disappointed.

Overall, this is exactly the kind of vacation I wanted to take. The all inclusive feature was the most beneficial and you can choose the different restaurants on site as well as the neighboring Sunscapes and Dreams for food and drinks. We stayed in the Oceanfront 111 on the lower level, which was perfect to walk out to the beach with that view and was absolutely beautiful every single morning. The bed was comfortable, the soaking tub, my girlfriend absolutely took advantage of. Housekeeping was spot on to replace towels and make the bed and take out the garbage daily. All the staff members were so nice and everybody we came across was so accommodating and helpful. We didn’t have our daughter but every restaurant we went to asked if we had any kind of allergies which we’d really appreciated, we don’t, but our daughter does and we found that so inviting that they cared to make sure that they asked every single time we went to any of the restaurants. The menus were on the app were close, but not exactly to what they had for that day, but gave you a really good idea of all the times of the restaurants of when they were open and when they closed and what was preferred only and what was not. We were in a preferred suite so everything was available to us. The place isn’t perfect, but it’s still Mexico with a beautiful view and make the most of it. Just don’t go into the mindset that it’s a five star resort, make your own assumptions, but for us, exactly what we needed

Older resort with old world charm. Not the clean and sleek modernist of the Dreams resort. Being on the edge of the three resorts made it nice for being an adults only resorts, unlike other hotels where we stayed at with adults only area being in the middle. Many pathways between the buildings made for easy walking. Restaurants and food was excellent. It would have been nice to have more/better signage for directions. The beach sand was a little rough/sharp for extended barefoot walks.

Two week stay. First week dining was OK. Second week everything changed, schedules, menus, etc. Fewer restaurants and choices at any given time. Sometimes only one restaurant open for the entire resort. The most frustrating thing: after the schedule change, web site was not updated and front desk staff did no really know the changes, so we had to chase and find the open restaurants by walkin from one to the other. It was the week before Easter, but it was not a funny Easter Egg Hunt for us, hunting down what was open and what was not!

We went mid April 2025. It’s the off season so very few people which was nice! Booked a double-bed room and when we arrived they had us booked for king and made us prove we booked double, which they did accommodate. Then they went right into trying to make us attend the timeshare meeting the next day. Guess what I’m absolutely not doing on my vacation?! Property is nice! Bali bed is not sun safe. Amenities are a bit of a secret. Bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows! Friendly staff. Drinks were good. Food left a lot to be desired, desserts are disappointing. Definitely do a snorkeling trip! Sunsets are amazing! Not enough towels and the towel guy will take them if not attended. We did the preferred stay which was nice, recommended.
