Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

The north end of the island and this property in particular can’t be beat. We’ve been coming to Cozumel for 35 years and this was our best trip to date. Matt is very responsive and helpful from rental cars, fishing trip recommendations and restaurant suggestions.unequivocally recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

Decided to split our 11 day vacation up between a condo and a hotel to see which we preferred. Our stay here was excellent and would have been perfectly fine staying here the entire vacation. Nice accommodations and quick responses from owner and manager. No issues here they helped us and accommodated us quickly and efficiently. We love this area to snorkel and it did not disappoint. We are familiar with the current so I think that’s important to know before jumping in but as long as you swim well most people shouldn’t have an issue. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable exactly what my husband and I were looking for away from our busy schedules! Will definitely book again if we have a chance! Thank you for everything!!

Relaxing stay for two.

We enjoyed our stay. This condo is a good place for a couple because the bathroom is very central to the space and the bed is in the room facing the ocean. Wonderful cookware with good quality pots and pans and sharp knives. We had 3-4 days of rain at Christmas and spent time in the condo. We found the bed most comfortable for reading as opposed to the furniture. The pool facilities are very clean and the pool well-kept with showers and cushioned lounge chairs. Access to the open sea is very convenient and wonderful swimming for those that are capable in fairly strong current. Because we visited in mid winter, the sunset was partly blocked by the southern portion of the building. Nice spot!

Happy with cleanliness and frequency of maid service. Check in process was easy. Glad to have three sets of keys via the lock box and two spares on key chains. The owners were very prompt with their responses and sent someone right away to help which was unexpected but so nice. View was amazing from the bedroom. I think you definitely need a scooter or car to get back and forth from downtown to the condo. You can walk it but its a distance. Very easy to get a cab if you don’t mind doing that every time you come and go. I really appreciated how quiet it was. Cozumel is way more chill than playa. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Location is great. The ocean is very clear and access to the ocean is very easy. Perfect view of the sunset. Not too bad of a walk to a small grocery store and nice restaurants OR a quick taxi ride into the center of town

Relaxing Getaway

Miramar Condos exceeded our expectations with its ideal location, cleaniness of the unit, and the responsiveness of the condo management and staff. Great location for snorkeling and a short cab ride to downtown San Miguel. Perfect place for couples who want to sitting by the pool without the crowds of larger facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

It's just as advertised, no surprises. The management company was very helpful regarding directions to the property, personal check-in, etc. Miramar is in a very convenient location with easy access to downtown and the airport. There is ocean snorkeling right off the pool deck which was appreciated. Maid service every other day was good. The kitchen area is small but adequate with a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker. The only negatives my wife and I can think of are that the pool was quite cool and the bathroom/shower area is small and a little dated. Those items are far outweighed by the positives of this unit which include the above items, plus the patio view which is fantastic.
